This quotation is valid for a period of 30 days from date of quotation, thereafter it will be subject to re-negotiation.
In no event shall MECH-TECH MACHINE TOOLS cc be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages arising out of a contract or any breech thereof and any defect in or failure or malfunction of the apparatus furnished herein, within or without the period of guarantee.
Full payment prior to upliftment / guarantee from an approved financial institution must be furnished before any order will be executed.
The purchase price is subject to value added tax at the ruling rate at the date of invoicing and will be for your account.

A 2 year electronic and a 1 year warranty is offered on the above machine against faulty material and workmanship, fair wear and tear excluded. Parts and labour warranty
MECH-TECH Machine Tools cc will make every possible effort to meet the above delivery date but will take no responsibility or accept any penalty for late delivery. The quoted delivery time excludes any unforeseen delays etc .by our supplier or shipping agent.
All equipment supplied will remain the property of Mech-Tech Machine Tools cc until paid for in full. The risk of the equipment will pass to the purchaser upon delivery of equipment at your premises.
